As usual, its been awhile since I've updated the site as life has been really hectic this year (excuses! excuses!). But I wanted to let everyone know that promos of DFA003 Subsound - Surge/Cant Get are out now!
Check out this description from Nu Urban:
"More rinsing synths from the Dysfunktional camp, and you're guaranteed some straight up party action on this plate. 'Surge' gets straight into the action with some compressed beats and a winding atmospheric build up, before ten tonnes of bass hit you like a drunk driven truck. Flip over and 'Can't Get' rolls with much the same attitude, an attitude that may just slap you round the face and steal your lunch money if you're not careful."
In other news, I've finally got a new studio up and running since moving back to the States and have been working on music. Its nice to finally have that outlet again! We also have a new and very talented artist which I will reveal with the next update. So thats it for now. Check back soon for more updates!
Nice one,

Hey everyone!
I know its been awhile since I've updated the site but I've been trying to sort out my move back to the States. I am back in the States now and I'm planning on working on some new tunes with Brak and do some solo efforts as well. Maybe I'll even sing! Who knows? I can't wait to get my studio back up and running but am waiting on my stuff to get shipped here. Takes like 6 weeks!
Anyway, there's quite a few exciting things going on with DFA. First of all, I'd like to welcome our new artist Subsound to the label! Please check out his bio in the artist section of the site. He has produced two dancefloor smashers, 'Surge' and 'Can't Get' which will be featured on DFA003. You can listen to clips in the music section. Expect big things from this talented producer!
Also, DFA002 is now out on vinyl and MP3! So go look for it at your usual record/MP3 store. I just want to mention one thing about it though, I've noticed some of the stores have been advertising it as Bexxie featuring Brak, which is totally wrong! Brak did not sing on the track nor was he only partly involved. He was fully involved in the production of that track and deserves full credit for it! I just wanted to make that clear. Not sure why some of the shops have labeled it as that but these things happen.
So anyway, that is all the news I have for the moment. Look out for DFA003 coming out in the next month or two!
Nice one,
Bexxie

DFA002 is coming out soon! Go to the music section of the site to hear some clips. Check out the artwork:
